Ephrata Proclaims Sept. 11 as Day of Remembrance & Service

Ephrata Mayor Steve Oliver signed a proclamation designating Sept. 11, 2026, as a Day of Remembrance and Service, encouraging residents to honor 9/11 victims and first responders through reflection and community service.
