Moses Lake Man Arrested After Taser Incident

Moses Lake Police Department arrested Gary Swager, 50, on Sept. 1 for first-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest after he allegedly threatened officers with a knife-shaped object near Central Drive.

Swager, who has previously received trespassing citations despite claiming ownership of the property, disregarded officer demands and ran from the scene.
